What do you need?
Start with the quick answers below. If that does not solve it, email us from the address linked to your account.
support@captaincal.app↗How do I cancel my subscription?+
Your store manages the subscription. On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting CaptainCal does not cancel the store subscription.
I paid, but logging is still locked+
Make sure you are signed in to the CaptainCal account used for purchase, then open Settings and tap Restore purchases. If it persists, email us the store receipt and account email—never send card details.
How do I request a refund?+
Apple or Google processes payments and refunds directly. Use your store account’s purchase history to submit a request.
How do I delete my account?+
From Home, open Settings → Delete account and follow the confirmation step. This removes your account data and cannot be undone. Cancel any active store subscription separately.
What data does CaptainCal keep?+
Account, plan and meal data, the images you choose to analyze, and limited technical data for operations, analytics and crash diagnosis. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
Read the Privacy Policy ↗I can’t sign in+
Use the same sign-in method used when creating the account: email, Apple or Google. If it persists, email us the account address and device type.
My photo could not be read+
Frame the full plate in clear light and avoid blur or covered items. For a nutrition label, shoot it straight on with the whole table visible. You can always Tell the Captain instead.
The estimate looks wrong+
Edit the item or portion before saving. Meal photos are estimates and may miss oils or hidden ingredients. If it keeps happening, email the meal description and shown result—avoid photos containing personal information.
Can I use CaptainCal for a medical condition?+
CaptainCal is a general tracking tool, not a medical device. Do not rely on its estimates for medical decisions or condition management; consult a qualified professional.
Send us the details.
Include your account email, device type and what you were trying to do. Never send a password or card details.
